Cannella Mullins Memorial Fund
Cannella Mullins was fiercely devoted to her family. When she was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma, she knew she had a huge fight ahead of her, but she was willing to do it to gain as much time as possible with her family. She set milestone goals to make sure she was around for, like her granddaughters' 10th birthday, her 50th wedding anniversary, and creating memories with her then infant granddaughter. When LMS started causing more and more complications, it strengthened her determination to fight. In her final days, Cannella still was pushing herself to get stronger. She still was making jokes and putting smiles on the faces of her family and the medical staff surrounding her. Despite her motivation and determination, ultimately she succumbed to Leiomyosarcoma on July 10, 2024. Although she has passed, the battle continues. Help us to raise money to fund research so other warriors can continue to fight and hopefully one day conquer this illness.
